基于CiteSpace的游离氨基酸研究现状及趋势的可视化分析

采用文献计量学的方法对游离氨基酸的研究现状及发展趋势进行总结和分析.检索中国知网(CNKI)中游离氨基酸的相关文献,运用文献计量学及CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对2003-2023年已经发表的游离氨基酸相关文献的发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析,最终筛选文献2 562篇.结果显示,2003-2023年发文量稳步上升,研究持续性好.可视化分析显示,文献发文机构主要为上海海洋大学等高校,合作的机构集中在相邻区域,但作者和机构缺乏深入合作,研究应注意加强作者和机构的合作.关键词分析显示,游离氨基酸的研究主要集中在感官评价、品质分析、生化成分方面.预测游离氨基酸在感官评价上的应用为未来研究热点.目前游离氨基酸的研究较为单一且局限,有待发展,研究应联合人工智能、大数据等新兴技术,加强区域间的合作,进行更深入的研究.
Current Status and Trend Visualization Analysis of Studies of Free Amino Acids Based on CiteSpace
Using the method of bibliometrics,we summarized and analyzed the current research status and development trends of free amino acids.Through searching the relevant literature of free amino acids in China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),we conducted a visual anal-ysis of the number of publications,authors,institutions and keywords of free amino acid-related literature published from 2003 to 2023 with the help of bibliometrics and CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software.Finally,2,562 pieces of literature were selected.The results showed that the number of publications was steadily increasing in the past two decades,indicating good research continuity.The visual analysis results showed that uni-versities were the main institutions publishing literature,such as Shanghai Ocean University,and the cooperating institutions were concentrated in adjacent regions.However,there was a lack of in-depth cooperation between authors and institutions,and research should focus on strengthening the cooperation between authors and institutions.The results of keywords analysis showed that the research on free amino acids mainly focused on sensory evaluation,quality analysis and biochemical composition.It was predicted that the application of free amino acids in sensory evaluation would be a research hotspot in the future.Currently,the research on free amino acids was relatively single and limited,re-quiring further development.Researchers should combine emerging technologies,such as artificial intelligence and big data,strengthen coop-eration between regions and conduct more in-depth research.
