Analysis of Job Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of Village Cadres Under the Background of Agricultural and Rural Moderniza-tion—Based on a Survey of 562 Village Cadres in Suzhou City
Using survey data from 562 village cadres in Suzhou City,this study uses factor analysis to explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction among village cadres,measures their job satisfaction,and analyzes the factors that affect their job satisfaction from three dimen-sions:individual characteristics,job characteristics,and social impact.The results showed that the satisfaction level of village cadres in Suzhou area was moderate to high.Job rank,family and friend identification,and family support had a significant positive impact on the job satisfaction of village cadres,while gender had a significant negative impact on the job satisfaction of village cadres.Therefore,the following three suggestions are proposed:create a good social public opinion atmosphere and stimulate the professional identity of village cadres;create a harmonious working atmosphere and enhance the sense of belonging of village cadres in their work;improve the incentive mechanism for lead-ing cadres and stimulate the work enthusiasm of village cadres.
