Talent is the key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Rural human resources are an important factor to ensure the sustainable and orderly advancement of agricultural modernization,and they are the key to rural revitalization.At present,there are prob-lems in rural areas of China,such as serious labor outflow,insufficient educational resources and low education level,and unreasonable struc-ture of rural human resources,which seriously hinder the realization of the goals of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.There-fore,this study deeply analyzes the current situation of rural human resources in China and the impact of rural human resources development on the development of agricultural modernization,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the further development of rural human re-sources based on the current situation,so as to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to the greatest extent.
