The right to distribution of collective economic income is the legalized right of farmers,and to ensure that the distribution of income from the market of rural collective operating land is implemented to the members is the fundamental purpose of realizing the collective income distribution system,and is the inevitable requirement for farmers to share the dividends of the reform more.How to systematically guarantee the realization of the right of farmers to fairly share the market revenue distribution has become the focus of the rural land system reform,should be cracked from the"acquainted society"effective measures to solve the problem of human feelings,the rural village-level collective e-conomic organizations from the village committee,the development of feasible autonomy rules of revenue distribution,and promote internal and external supervision of the unity of the path to the optimization of the revenue distribution system,to help the rural collective operating con-struction land to realize the fundamental purpose of the collective revenue distribution system.Optimization of the income distribution system to promote the realization of the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.
