Focusing on cultivating and practicing core socialist values is an important strategic measure for cultural construction in the new era.Leading the civilization practice in the new era with core socialist values are not only the fundamental need to promote the core socialist values to take root in rural areas,but also the basic principle for fulfilling the mission and task of propaganda,ideological and cultural work in the new era.The connotation of core socialist values leading the civilization practice in the new era can be summarized into three guidance:value guidance,theoretical guidance and practical guidance.To strengthen the guidance of core socialist values on the civilization practice in the new era,core socialist values should be integrated into the dissemination of scientific theories,into the ideological and political work at the grassroots level,and should be used to lead rural volunteer service.
