Labor education is an important part and one of the key links to realize the"five education simultaneously".The integration of la-bor education into professional practice teaching in the new era is an important way for ethnic colleges to implement the"five education simul-taneously and three comprehensive education",and it is also a powerful starting point for ethnic colleges to train outstanding life science tal-ents,and it is also a necessary meaning to promote the reform of professional practice teaching in ethnic colleges.In order to solve the prob-lems in the development of teachers' teaching,an effective teaching and research organization form of integrating labor education into profes-sional practice teaching is formed.Establish a practical teaching platform construction and innovation consortium to solve the problems in the development of teaching platforms,so as to establish an efficient practical teaching platform integrating labor education into professional practi-cal teaching;In order to solve the problems in the innovation of practical curriculum,a high quality practical curriculum system of integrating labor education into professional practical teaching will be established.Through the innovation and practice of integrating labor education into professional practice teaching system in the new era under the vision of"five education simultaneously and three education",the"Hebei Min-zu Normal University Plan"is provided for efficient labor education.
