Research on Common Auxiliary Materials and Their Applications in Wine Making
In the production process of wine,auxiliary materials play a crucial role in fermentation,color adjustment,flavor shaping,and stabil-ity assurance due to their unique functions and function mechanism.The rational and precise use of these auxiliary materials has crucial guiding value for improving the overall quality of wine.This paper reviews the commonly used auziliary materials in wine production,analyzes their func-tions,mechanisms of action,and addition basis in the wine making,and combines with the actual application situation of wine enterprises to pro-vide reference for enterprises in the selection and addition of auxiliary materials.
