银杏内生菌及其次生代谢产物多样性和生防活性的研究进展

银杏是一种含有丰富内生菌和次生代谢产物的药用植物.近年来,国内外学者对银杏内生菌进行了较多的研究,从银杏的根、茎、叶、种子等部位分离出多种不同的内生菌,通过培养发酵、分离、纯化和鉴定,获得了多样化的次生代谢产物,如黄酮、萜类化合物等.这些化合物具有抗菌、抗氧化和抗病虫害等功能,在生物防治领域展现了良好的应用前景.综述了银杏内生菌及其次生代谢产物的多样性,并对其生物防治研究现状进行了总结,以期为银杏内生菌资源的开发利用提供参考.
Endophytes of Ginkgo biloba and Its Secondary Metabolites Diversity and Biocontrol Activity
Ginkgo biloba is a medicinal plant rich in endophytes and secondary metabolites.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have conducted more research on Ginkgo biloba endophytes,isolated a variety of different endophytes from the roots,stems,leaves,seeds and other parts of Ginkgo biloba,and obtained a variety of secondary metabolites,such as flavonoids and terpenoids,through culture fermentation,separa-tion,purification and identification.These compounds have antibacterial,antioxidant and anti-pest and disease functions,and show good appli-cation prospects in the field of biological control.In this paper,the diversity of endophytes and their secondary metabolites was reviewed,and the research status of their biological control was summarized,in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of endophytes in Ginkgo biloba.
