摘要

针对广西贵港富硒区土壤开展重金属污染风险调查,并通过三季大田试验开展富硒低累积重金属水稻品种筛选试验,为富硒土地资源开发及富硒农产品安全生产提供基础数据和技术支持.结果表明:试验区表层土壤Se含量达到富硒标准,Cd含量超出风险筛选值,超标率达55.00%;表层土壤中Cd主要以离子交换态存在,活性强,生态风险较高;试验区产出糙米中Se含量达到富硒大米标准,Cd含量超出标准限量值,超标率达85.00%;无机砷含量超出限量值,超标率达50%;三季所筛选的水稻品种在试验区种植均可产出富硒大米.针对早稻,深优9516和万香696 2个品种为富硒低镉品种;针对晚稻,野香优2 号和野香优油丝为较优富硒低镉品种;深优9516具有同步富硒、低镉、低砷的潜力;试验区种植所筛选的富硒低累积水稻,糙米中的Cd含量仍超出限定值,需结合其他修复措施保障试验区富硒土壤的安全生产.

Abstract

A heavy metal pollution risk investigation was conducted in the selenium-rich soil of Guigang,Guangxi.Three season field experi-ments were conducted to screen rice varieties with high accumulation of selenium and low accumulation of heavy metals,providing basic data and technical support for the development of selenium-rich soil resources and the safe production of selenium-rich agricultural products.The re-sults showed that:Se content in the surface soil of the experimental area reached the selenium-rich standard,and Cd content exceeded the risk screening value,with an exceeding rate of 55.00%;Cd in the surface soil mainly existed in the form of ion exchange,with strong activity and high ecological risk;Se content in the brown rice produced in the experimental area reached the selenium-rich rice standard,Cd content excee-ded the standard limit value,with an exceeding rate of 85.00%,and the inorganic arsenic content also exceeded the limit value,with an excee-ding rate of 50%;three seasons of screening rice varieties could produce selenium-rich rice when planted in the experimental area.For early rice,two varieties,Shenyou 9516 and Wanxiang 696,were selenium-rich and low cadmium varieties;for late rice,Yexiangyou 2 and Yexiangy-ouyousi were the superion selenium-rich and low cadmium varieties;Shenyou 9516 had the potential for selenium-rich,low cadmium,and low arsenic synchronously;Cd content in brown rice,which was screened for selenium-rich and low accumulation in the experimental area,still excee-ded the limit value.Other remediation measures need to be taken to ensure the safe production of selenium-rich soil in the experimental area.
