火炬树水浸液对2种草坪草幼苗生长的影响

利用火炬树果皮和落叶的水浸液(0、0.025、0.005、0.100 g/mL),研究其对多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)和草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)的种子萌发及其幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:火炬树果皮和落叶的水浸液降低了多年生黑麦草和草地早熟禾种子在土壤中的出苗率、幼苗生长速率、根长、株高和生物量.果皮和落叶水浸液对2 种草坪草幼苗生长的抑制作用随着其浓度的增加而逐渐增强.0.100 g/mL水浸液对2种草坪草幼苗的抑制作用显著高于CK.相同浓度下,果皮的抑制作用强于落叶,且对草地早熟禾的抑制作用强于多年生黑麦草.
Effect of Rhus typhina Extract on Seedling Growth of Two Turfgrass Species
This study was designed to evaluate the seed emergence and seedlings growth of Lolium perenne L.and and Poa pratensis L.treated by water extracts at different concentration as 0,0.025,0.005,0.100 g/L from pericarp and fallen leaves in soil.Results showed that water ex-tract of Rhus typhina decreased the emergence rate,seedling growth rate,root length,plant height,and biomass of Lolium prenne L.and Poa pratensis L..The inhibitory effect of extract from pericarp and fallen leaves on the seedling's growth of two turfgrass types gradually increased with the increase of concentration.The inhibitory effect of 0.100 g/L from both pericarp and fallen leaves was significantly higher than that of control.Under the same concentration,the inhibitory effect of pericarp was stronger than fallen leaves and the inhibitory effect on Poa pratensis L.was greater than Lolium prenne L.
