基于AHP-FCE对农村生活垃圾分类方案的优化——以合肥市庐江县南圩新村为例

Optimization of Rural Household Waste Classification Scheme Based on AHP-FCE—Taking Nanwei New Village,Lujiang County of Hefei City as an Example

以合肥市庐江县台创园南圩新村为调研对象,通过问卷调查、实地检测的方法对当地人口情况、居民垃圾分类意识进行调查,分析影响当地农村生活垃圾分类的主要因素.同时,利用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCE)方法对分类指标权重进行分析,并利用组合赋权方法给出影响农村生活垃圾分类评价指标的权重,从经济性因素、管理与社会评价、运行状况等方面综合评估生活垃圾分类方案,最终判断农村生活垃圾分类方法的适用性.AHP权重计算结果表明,方案2(三分法)>方案1(四分法)>方案3(不分类集中收集法).FCE评价定量解集结果表明,方案2(81.90)>方案1(77.68)>方案3(74.87).基于AHP-FCE结果分析,确定了三分法对当地农村生活垃圾分类情况的适用性,且易腐垃圾适于用就地堆肥化方式处理.
Taking Nanwei New Village,Taichuangyuan,Lujiang County,Hefei City,Anhui Province as the research object,the local popu-lation situation and garbage classification consciousness were investigated by questionnaire survey and field detection,and the main factors af-fecting the local rural domestic garbage classification were analyzed.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy com-prehensive evaluation method(FCE)were used to analyze the weights of classification indicators,and the weights affecting the classification and evaluation indicators of rural domestic waste were given by the combined weighting method.The classification scheme of domestic waste was comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of economic factors,management and social evaluation,and operation status,respectively.Fi-nally,the applicability of the classification method was judged.The weight calculation results of AHP showed that scheme 2(trichotomy meth-od)>scheme 1(quarter method)>scheme 3(unclassified centralized collection method),and the quantitative solution set results of FCE e-valuation showed that scheme 2(81.90)>scheme 1(77.68)>scheme 3(74.87).Based on the analysis of AHP-FCE results,the applica-bility of the three-part method to the classification of local rural domestic waste was determined,and the perishable waste was suitable for com-posting-in-place treatment.
