Bibliometric method and knowledge graph method were used to visually analyze 219 documents from CNKI database in 2018-2022 to discuss the research status and hot topics of rural environmental governance in China and look forward to the future development.The results showed that since the implementation of China's rural revitalization strategy,the research on rural environmental governance had taken the rural ecological environment and living environment as the basic object,and the construction of diversified long-term governance system as the main line.Three hot topics were formed,including public participation research,optimization innovation research and basic theme research.In the fu-ture,it is necessary to raise awareness of the importance of public participation while improving and consolidating basic research.With the goal of'beautiful China'and the construction of'beautiful countryside'in the new era,we will continue to explore the optimization path of long-term rural environmental governance and strengthen the application research of modern science and technology.
