农民学院发展视角下的海南乡村振兴大学发展研究

摘要
从新型农民学院发展的视角,通过对新型农民学院的发展做法和成就进行分析,分析了海南乡村振兴大学的基本情况和使命担当,强调了实践操作和创新能力的培养,并与农民学院进行了比较.最后,提出了明确使命担当、适应服务主体变化、加强人才队伍建设、创新管理体制、建立教育服务平台等发展建议.
Abstract
From the perspective of the development of new type of farmers'college,this article analyzed the development practices and a-chievements of the new type of farmers'college.And we analyzed the basic situation and mission responsibility of Hainan Rural Revitalization University,and emphasized the cultivation of practical operation and innovative abilities,and it was compared with the Farmers'College.Fi-nally,some development suggestions were proposed,such as clarifying mission responsibilities,adapting to changes in service subjects,strengthening talent team construction,innovating management systems,and establishing educational service platforms.
