摘要
教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑.推动三者协同发展是加快农村现代化、推进广西农业强区建设的关键措施.通过对广西农业教育、科技、人才基本情况的了解,分析广西农业教育、科技、人才一体化协同发展过程中存在的农业科技基础薄弱,农业资源共享困难、人才结构和政策有待完善等问题,基于这些问题提出完善农业教育体系、加快农业科创平台建设、加快农业农村人才队伍建设等对策建议.

Education,science and technology,and human resources are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.Promoting the coordinated development of the three is the key measure to accelerate the modernization of rural areas and pro-mote the construction of strong agricultural areas in Guangxi.Through the Guangxi agricultural education,science and technology,talent basic situation,analysis of Guangxi agricultural education,science and technology,talent integration in the process of coordinated development of agricultural science and technology foundation is weak,agricultural resource sharing difficulties,talent structure and policy to be perfect,based on these problems to improve the agricultural education system,accelerate the construction of agricultural kechuang platform,speed up the agricultural talent team construction and other countermeasures and suggestions.
