机械拨动对辣椒幼苗株型调控效果研究

[目的]揭示不同拨动处理对辣椒幼苗的影响,为减轻幼苗徒长、培育壮苗提供物理调控株型模式和技术支撑.[方法]研究不同拨动次数、拨动频率对"娇龙2号"形态指标、光合特性、茎部力学特性及内源激素的影响.[结果]T3处理可以显著降低幼苗株高,增加幼苗茎粗,提升幼苗的壮苗指数、光合特性及茎部力学特性.[结论]经主成分分析后,最适宜调控辣椒幼苗株型的是T3处理,即每天拨动90次,于08:00、14:00各拨动45次.
Study on the Effect of Mechanical Manipulation on the Regulation of Pepper Seedling Plant Type
[Objective]To reveal the effects of different agitation treatments on chili seedlings,and to provide physical regulation of plant type patterns and technical support for reducing seedling elongation and cultivating strong seedlings.[Method]The effects of different times and frequency of agitation on the morphological indicators,photosynthetic characteristics,stem mechanical properties,and endogenous hormones of"Jiaolong 2"were studied.[Result]T3 treatment could significantly reduce seedling height,increase seedling stem diameter,improve seed-ling vigor index,photosynthetic characteristics,and stem mechanical properties.[Conclusion]After principal component analysis,the most suitable strategy for regulating the plant type of chili seedlings was T3 treatment,which involved stirring 90 times a day and stirring 45 times at 08:00 and 14:00 respectively.
