Synthesis of Egg White-derived Nano-ferrous Sulfide and Its Therapeutic Effect on Cysts Caused by Fusarium oxysporum
Based on the diagnosis and treatment of a canine right lung cyst with liver congestion and gastrointestinal gas,a strain of Fusarium oxysporum was isolated and identified.At the same time,the therapeutic effect of egg white-derived nano-iron sulfide on canine cysts caused by Fusarium oxysporum was synthesized and explored.The disease was diagnosed as multiple organ cysts caused by Fusarium oxysporum by etiological diagnosis,medical history investigation,clinical manifestations,hematological physiological and biochemical index examination,X-ray examination and other methods.Antifungal egg white-derived nano-iron sulfide was synthesized by orthogonal test and applied to inhibit the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.The results showed that according to the diagnosis results,the therapeutic effect of anti-F.oxysporum cysts was achieved by treatment(egg white source nano-ferrous sulfide anti-F.oxysporum)and symptomatic treatment(hyperbaric oxygen chamber oxy-gen inhalation,liver and lung and gastrointestinal puncture).
