摘要

研究罗丹明B荧光示踪剂在大豆、玉米、烟草幼苗上的传导能力.结果表明经水培处理的植株幼苗地上部均能检测到罗丹明B,其中大豆幼苗真叶部含量较高,玉米幼苗叶鞘中含量高于叶,烟草幼苗茎中含量高于叶.经罗丹明B处理后的植株鲜重与未处理之间无显著差异.同时以烟草幼苗作为模式作物,借助活体成像技术发现叶片和茎分别经质量浓度为15 mg/L和30 mg/L罗丹明B处理后的荧光强度最高.

Abstract

In this work,the Rhodamine B was selected as fluorescent tracer to investigate its conductivity on soybean,maize and tobacco seedlings.The results suggested that Rhodamine B could be detected in the aboveground parts of hydroponic treated plant seedlings,therein,soybean seedlings had the highest content in part of true leaves,the leaf sheath of maize seedlings had a higher content compared with leaves,and tobacco seedlings had a higher content in the stem than leaves.There was no significant difference in fresh weight between Rhodamine B treated plants and untreated plants.And choosing tobacco seedlings as the model crop,the fluorescence intensity was dedected by in vivo ima-ging system.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity was the highest in leaves and stems with treat concentrations of 15 mg/L and 30 mg/L,respectively.
