Indoor Pesticide Screening and Field Control Effect Test of Thrips dothidea in Northeast Snap Bean
[Objective]To screen out high-efficiency,low-toxicity and safe pesticides against thrips in northeast snap bean.[Method]Seven insecticides,such as spinetoram,cyantraniliprole,emamectin benzoate,were used to determine the indoor toxicity and field efficacy test of Thrips dothidea in Northeast snap bean.The four indexes of mortality,LC50,population decline rate and corrected control effect were analyzed respectively.[Result]The results of indoor toxicity determination showed that from the lethal concentration,the indoor efficacy of cyantranilip-role and acetamiprid was better and safe to the northeast snap bean,and the LC50 values were all below 0.000 3.In the field control effect test,the three drugs of cyantraniliprole,bromoflubendiamide and acetamiprid had better effects from the perspective of quick effect and persist-ence.The results of field efficacy test were consistent with the results of indoor toxicity test.The control effects of cyantraniliprole and acet-amiprid were 75.64%and 73.83%respectively after 1 day of treatment,and the control effects were more than 45%after 7 days.[Conclusion]Deltamethrin and acetamiprid had good control effect on thrips in northeast snap bean.
