Correlation Analysis Between the Contents of Medium and Trace Elements in Coffee Soil and Coffee Bean Cup Quality
[Objective]To explore the correlation between the content of medium and trace elements in soil and the quality of coffee bean cup test.[Method]The effective content of trace and medium elements in the soil of 10 coffee plantations in 5 counties(districts)of Pu'er City was tested and analyzed.[Result]The soil pH was 3.77-5.28,which was acidic, the contents of exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesi-um,available boron and available molybdenum were low,the soil available zinc and available copper were at the medium level, soil available i-ron and available manganese were at high levels. There were significant differences among the available sulfur samples, with 6 at a low level and 4 at a high level. The correlation between available copper and available manganese reached significant level, the correlation between exchange-able calcium and exchangeable magnesium was extremely significant;there was significant or extremely significant correlation between most of the cup quality indexes;soil exchange calcium, exchange magnesium, soil effective sulfur, iron, manganese, boron, molybdenum and copper were not significantly correlated with coffee bean cup test quality.
