打造农业农村现代化苏州样板的路径探析

摘要
没有农业农村现代化,社会主义现代化就是不全面的.打造农业农村现代化样板可以更好为苏州农业农村高质量发展赋能,为江苏、全国农业农村现代化探路.近年来,苏州全面开启农业农村现代化探索实践,如期完成率先基本实现农业农村现代化三年行动目标任务,推动乡村振兴工作迈出了坚实步伐,苏州具备了农业农村率先发展、打造样板的时代机遇、物质条件和人文基石.苏州应结合自身资源禀赋、发展优势,进一步做强都市农业产业优势、绘就江南水乡锦绣风貌、呈现志在富民共富底色、探索充盈澎湃动力机制,打造标准更高、图景更全,能够彰显中国式现代化显著特征的农业农村现代化样板.
Abstract
Without agricultural and rural modernization,socialist modernization is incomplete.Building a model for agricultural and rural mod-ernization can better empower the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas in Suzhou,and explore the way for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in Jiangsu and the whole country.In recent years,Suzhou has fully launched the exploration and practice of agri-cultural and rural modernization,completed the three-year action goal of taking the lead in achieving agricultural and rural modernization as scheduled,and taken solid steps in promoting rural revitalization.Suzhou has the opportunity,material conditions,and humanistic foundation to take the lead in the development of agriculture and rural areas and create a model.Suzhou should combine its own resource endowment and development advantages to further strengthen the advantages of urban agricultural industry,paint the beautiful scenery of Jiangnan water town,present the background of the goal of enriching the people and common prosperity,explore a full and surging dynamic mechanism,and create a model of agricultural and rural modernization with higher standards and a more comprehensive picture that can highlight the distinctive char-acteristics of Chinese path to modernization.
