摘要
乡村志愿服务在推进共建共治共享的乡村治理、实现乡村全面振兴的国家战略中发挥着独特作用.当下的乡村志愿服务包括"国家意志+志愿服务""党建+志愿服务""品牌+志愿服务""社会组织+志愿服务"4种模式.新形势下,乡村志愿服务的生活化转型,既是新时代乡村治理的内生动力,也是乡村善治的重要表征,包含目标生活化、路径生活化、主体本土化、模式互助化四重意蕴.
Abstract
Rural volunteer service plays a unique role in promoting rural governance through joint construction,governance,and sharing,and realizing the national strategy of comprehensive rural revitalization.The current rural volunteer service includes four models:"national will+vol-unteer service","party building+volunteer service","brand+volunteer service",and"social organization+volunteer service".Under the new situation,the transformation of rural volunteer service into a life oriented approach is not only an endogenous driving force for rural governance in the new era,but also an important manifestation of good rural governance.It includes four aspects:goal oriented living,path oriented liv-ing,subject localization,and model mutual assistance.
