Promoting the"two-carbon"goal is the key to achieve sustainable and green development.Carbon reduction and sequestration in livestock and poultry industry is fundamental to promote the realization of the"double carbon"goal.This paper summarized the current situa-tion of carbon emission reduction in livestock and poultry feeding at home and abroad,waterfowl feeding mode and manure treatment and sup-porting facilities in Jiangsu Province.The advantages and disadvantages of various farming modes were pointed out.The main existing problems were analyzed,and the specific measures for reducing carbon emission and sequestration of waterfowl industry in Jiangsu Province were put for-ward to provide reference for promoting the green development of waterfowl industry in Jiangsu Province and even the whole country.
