生活污泥有机肥育苗基质配方研究

为研发适宜育苗的以生活污泥有机肥为基础的基质,通过温室大棚育苗盘育苗试验,筛选适宜的生活污泥有机肥种类以及有机肥与珍珠岩、蛭石的混合比例,为生活污泥资源化利用提供理论依据和技术支撑.试验因素包括生活污泥有机肥种类和生活污泥有机肥:珍珠岩:蛭石的配比,生活污泥有机肥种类有4种分别为A1、A2、A3 和A4;4个混合比例分别为2∶1∶1、4∶1∶1、6∶1∶1和8∶1∶1(质量比,分别以B1、B2、B3、B4 表示),完全随机组合共16个处理,以商品基质为对照,供试材料为西瓜.结果表明,不同种类生活污泥有机肥及混合比例的基质均对西瓜出苗率和幼苗生长存在显著影响,其中A2 B3 处理的基质西瓜出苗率、株高、叶片数、SPAD均高于其他处理.同时生活污泥有机肥种类与混合比例也存在极显著的交互效应,而A2 B3 组合的基质最优即A2 生活污泥有机肥及其与珍珠岩、蛭石质量比为6∶1∶1,可以推荐为生活污泥有机肥育苗基质配方.
Study on Seedling Substrate Formulation Based on Organic Fertilizer from Domestic Sludge
In order to research and develop suitable seedling substrate based on domestic sludge organic fertilizer,the suitable kinds of domes-tic sludge organic fertilizer and the mixing ratio of organic fertilizer to perlite and vermiculite were screened through seedling tray test,providing theoretical basis and technical support for domestic sludge resource utilization.The treatments included 4 types of domestic sludge organic fertil-izers(A1,A2,A3,A4)and 4 mixing mass ratio of organic fertilizers∶perlite∶vermiculite(2∶1∶1,4∶1∶1,6∶1∶1,8∶1∶1)which were deno-ted by B1,B2,B3,B4 respectively,with commercial substrate as control and watermelon as tested crop.The results showed that both sludge or-ganic fertilizer varieties and mixing ratios had significant effect on watermelon seed germination and seedling growth.Watermelon seed germina-tion,plant height,number of leaves and SPAD were higher in A2 B3 treatment than other treatments.Also there were highly significant interaction effects between organic fertilizer varieties and mixing ratios,while the combination of A2 B3 was optimum i.e.sludge organic fertilizer A2 and its mixing ratio with perlite and vermiculite was 6∶1∶1,which can be recommended as sludge organic fertilizer seedling substrate formulation.
