The Influence of Policy Regulation and Environmental Cognition on the Intention and Behavior of Livestock and Poultry Waste Re-source Utilization in Nyingchi City
In the context of beautiful rural construction and rural revitalization strategy,the relationship between the treatment of livestock and poultry manure pollution and the improvement of rural living environment has become increasingly important.Based on the two dimensions of policy regulation of external factors and environmental cognition of farmers with internal factors,this paper constructs a structural equation model based on the questionnaire of 285 farmers in Nyingchi City to explore the impact of policy regulation and environmental cognition on the intention and behavior of resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.The results show that:policy regulation has a significant positive effect on the intention of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure;although environmental cognition has a positive effect on the inten-tion of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure,the effect is not significant;farmers'intention of resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste has a significant positive effect on their resource utilization behavior.On this basis,corresponding policy recommendations are proposed to promote the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure.
