新时代"双创"教育与专业教育深度融合模式的构建

为探索"双创"教育与专业教育的融合,同时解决学生的创新精神、创业意识不强等问题,在新农科建设的背景下,瞄准农业资源循环高效利用和生态环境保护发展前沿,以农学专业为研究对象,从课程体系设计、平台构建和专业竞赛等方面进行探索改革,将创新创业教育融入农学专业人才培养方案中,贯穿人才培养全过程.从培养创新意识、形成创新思维、锻炼创业能力3个方面开展"双创"教育,建设一支专业化"双创"师资队伍,即提出"三一模式".在分析专业教育和"双创"教育融合的必要性及发展现状的基础上,结合专业特色,采用"三一模式"对"双创"教育与专业教育的深度融合进行积极探索,并对"双创"教育与专业教育融合举措的成效进行了实证检验,以期为提升应用型高校农业类专业人才的培养质量,加快建设高水平、特色鲜明的应用型大学提供科学依据.
Construction of Deep Integration Model Between Professional Education and Innovative,Entrepreneurial Education in the New Era
In order to explore the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education,and solve the problems such as students'weak innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness,under the background of the construction of new agricultural sci-ence,aiming at the development forefront of circular and efficient utilization of agricultural resources and ecological environmental protection,we took agronomy major as the research object to reform from the aspects of curriculum system design,platform construction and professional competition.The innovation and entrepreneurship education was integrated into the talent training program of agronomy major,which ran through the whole process of talent training.The innovation and entrepreneurship education was carried out from three aspects of cultivating in-novative consciousness,forming innovative thinking,training entrepreneurial ability.A professional innovation and entrepreneurship teaching team was built,that was,the"Three-One Model".Based on the analysis of the necessity and development status of the integration of profes-sional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the"Three-One Model"was adopted to actively explore the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,and the effectiveness of the integration of innovation and entrepre-neurship education and professional education was empirically tested,in order to provide scientific basis for improving the training quality of agricultural professional talent in application-oriented colleges and universities,and accelerating the construction of high-level application-ori-ented undergraduate universities with distinctive characteristics.
