Study on the Application of Fermentation Technology in Agricultural Product Processing
With the development of science and technology,the application of bioengineering technology is increasingly extensive.As a part of bioengineering,fermentation technology has important application value in the processing of agricultural products.As an ancient and classical processing method,fermentation technology has unique advantages and potential.Fermentation technology can improve food quality,extend food life,improve nutritional value,and reduce processing cost and environmental pollution by utilizing microbial metabolism.Therefore,the applica-tion of fermentation technology in agricultural product processing has attracted more and more attention of researchers and industry.In this pa-per,the application of fermentation technology in agricultural products processing was analyzed,and the application status of fermentation tech-nology was summarized,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of agricultural products processing.
