摘要

茎秆穿刺强度是评价玉米抗倒性的重要指标之一.以113份玉米自交系为试验材料,在2 个环境下鉴定其茎秆穿刺强度.聚类分析显示,113份玉米自交系按茎秆穿刺强度高低可分为4类,属于高茎秆穿刺强度自交系的有9份.利用32 853 个SNP标记,将9 份高茎秆穿刺强度玉米自交系划分为5个杂种优势群,可为玉米抗倒性的遗传改良及抗倒新品种的选育提供参考.

Abstract

Rind penetrometer resistance is one of the main factors affecting maize lodging resistance.A total of 113 maize inbred lines were used to evaluate rind penetrometer resistance in two environments.All the tested inbred lines were divided into four groups via cluster analysis based on the level of rind penetrometer resistance.Nine inbred lines with high rind penetrometer resistance values were selected.These nine in-bred lines were divided into five heterotic populations using 32 853 SNP markers.The results provided important references for genetic improve-ment of maize lodging resistance and breeding novel maize varieties with lodging resistance.
