摘要

[目的]探索商洛香菇和羊肚菌中多糖的提取工艺.[方法]以商南县香菇和羊肚菌为原料,采用超声波辅助热水浸提法对多糖进行提取.通过单因素试验,对比料液比、超声时间、超声温度和热水浸提温度对香菇和羊肚菌多糖提取率的影响,借助正交试验,得出超声波辅助热水浸提法提取香菇和羊肚菌多糖的最佳提取工艺.[结果]在料液比 1∶60,超声时间 30 min,超声温度 40℃,浸提温度60℃的条件下,香菇多糖提取率最高;在料液比1∶50,超声时间20 min,超声温度40℃,浸提温度50℃的条件下,羊肚菌多糖提取率最高.[结论]超声波辅助热水浸提法提取香菇和羊肚菌多糖是一种可行有效、节约、经济的提取方法.

Abstract

[Objective]In order to explore the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes and Morchella esculenta in Shangluo.[Method]Polysaccharides were extracted from Lentinula edodes and Morchella esculenta in Shangnan County by ultrasonic assisted hot water extraction.Through single factor experiment,the effects of solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and hot water extraction temperature on the extraction rate of Lentinula edodes and Morchella esculenta were compared.The orthogonal experiment was de-signed to obtain the optimum extraction process of Lentinula edodes and Morchella esculenta by ultrasonic-assisted hot water extraction.[Result]The results showed that the extraction rate of lentinan was the highest under the conditions of solid-liquid ratio 1∶60,ultrasonic time 30 min,ultrasonic temperature 40℃and extraction temperature 60℃.Under the conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1∶50,ultrasonic time of 20 min,ultrasonic temperature of 40℃and extraction temperature of 50℃,the extraction rate of polysaccharide from M.esculenta was the highest.[Conclusion]Ultrasonic assisted hot water extraction of Lentinula edodes and Morchella esculenta polysaccharide is a feasible,effec-tive,economical extraction method.
