By studying the original plant,tissue structure and microscopic characteristics of Dobinea delavayi,the tissue structure of the root,stem and leaf cross section of D.delavayi was identified microscopically,and the medicinal materials were identified by powder and physical and chemical identification.The result showed that the morphological characteristics and microscopic characteristics of the roots,stems and leaves of D.delavayi were observed,and the microscopic characteristics of the powder were also described.The physical and chemical identi-fication method was feasible and the phenomenon was obvious.The source identification,microscopic identification,powder identification and physical and chemical identification could accurately identify D.delavayi,and provided scientific basis for the quality control of its medicinal materials.
