This article aims to explore the development path and trends of millet supply chain model.By analyzing the current situation and model of millet supply chain,it explores its application and development prospects in the millet industry chain,in order to promote the healthy development of millet supply chain model and provide reference for the sustainable,stable,and efficient development of the millet industry.The article elaborates on the definition of millet supply chain model,focuses on analyzing the development status of different millet supply chain models based on the multi case study method,and explores the factors that constrain the development of millet industrial supply chain model.Finally,the article proposes improvement paths and suggestions for the development of millet supply chain model.It was found that the degree of supply chain organization affects the efficiency of millet supply chain.Different models have different advantages and disadvantages,and it is not advisable to implement a single model.Integrating resources can improve efficiency.
