Guided by the theory of analytic hierarchy process,and taking the reform of rural collective property right system in our country as the main thread,this paper constructs the performance evaluation model of rural property right system reform and new rural collective economic organization development in our country,using yaahp software to generate the questionnaire,statistics and analysis,the contribution degree(weight)of each level index to the development performance of the new rural collective economic organization is obtained,thus,evaluate the operational performance of new rural collective economic organizations.The results indicate that:the contribution degree of the second rating index to the decision-making goal from high to low is asset verification and member definition,asset quantification and equity allocation,opera-tion mode and income distribution,development mode and resource development,democratic management and financial system.Based on the a-nalysis of the evaluation results,suggestions are proposed to optimize the industrial structure,improve the agricultural industry system,and deepen the reform of rural property rights system.
