江苏省农业绿色全要素生产率评价及演化特征分析

基于农业生产的投入产出数据,运用超效率SBM模型测算2011-2020年江苏省64个县域农业绿色全要素生产率,并以GML指数法分析生产率变动的动力来源和演化特征.结果表明:江苏省县域农业绿色全要素生产率在整体上实现了平稳且快速增长,其中苏南地区的增长表现要优于苏中和苏北地区;农业绿色全要素生产率增长动力主要来自农业技术进步,而农业技术效率整体上呈现出下降态势,并且技术进步和技术效率的演化特征呈现出明显的区域差异性.最后,从强化农业技术应用、协调区域农业发展、制定差异化发展政策等方面,提出提升江苏省农业绿色发展水平的对策建议.
Evaluation and Evolution Characteristics of Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity in Jiangsu Province
Based on the agricultural input-output data,this paper uses SBM super-efficiency model to calculate the agricultural green total fac-tor productivity of 64 counties in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2020,and analyses the source of changes in productivity and the temporal evo-lution of productivity through GML index method.Research has found that the agricultural green total factor productivity in the counties of Jian-gsu Province have achieved good growth totally,and the growth performance in south of Jiangsu is better than that in middle and north of Jiang-su.The main driving force for the growth of agricultural green total factor productivity comes from the progress of agricultural technology,while the overall efficiency of agricultural technology shows a downward trend.Although the overall growth trend of agricultural green total factor pro-ductivity is relatively balanced,the driving force of its growth shows obvious regional differences.Finally,based on the measured analytical re-sults,countermeasures are proposed to enhance the level of green agricultural development in terms of strengthening the application of agricul-tural technology,coordinating regional agricultural development,and formulating differentiated development policies.
