摘要
苏州全力推动农业领域"智改数转",形成"谋划为先""技术为本""应用为王"等经验举措.同时,还面临转型发展不均衡、现代农业园区支撑不到位、产业扩散技术渗透不明显、数字人才加持不给力、成本覆盖不乐观、数字价值挖掘不充分等诸多困境.期待通过打造应用场景创新集群、建强农业园区数字支撑、培育全产业示范链条、放大数字人才功能、建立数据平台纽带等,助力农业数字化转型加快推进.
Abstract
Suzhou had made every effort to promote the'smart transformation and digital transformation'in the agricultural field,and formed experience measures of'planning first''technology oriented'and'application oriented'.At the same time,there were also many difficul-ties,such as unbalanced transformation and development,inadequate support for modern agricultural parks,weak penetration of industrial dif-fusion technology,weak digital talent support,poor cost coverage and insufficient digital value mining.We hoped to accelerate the digital transformation of agriculture through building application scenario innovation clusters,building strong digital support for agricultural parks,cultivating a full industry demonstration chain,amplifying the functions of digital talents,and establishing data platform links.
