The rural governance community is an effective mechanism to solve the difficult problems of rural governance,and its formation and development have evolved over thousands of years of rural governance and village communities.In the context of the new era,the rural govern-ance community is gradually moving towards new upgrading and transformation development in new ways,presenting an inherent logical unity of"theory,practice,and value",realizing the transformation of construction methods from"regulatory"to"service-oriented",the transfor-mation of construction subjects from"single type"to"multiple type",and the transformation of construction paths from"dependent type"to"innovative type".
