Exploration on the Education and Training Model of Agriculture-related Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Back-ground of Rural Revitalization—Taking the Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology Major of Binzhou Polytechnic as an Example
Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization requires talents,and higher vocational agriculture-related majors are an important source of relevant talents.Taking the chemical engineering and biotechnology major of Binzhou Polytechnic as an example,we explored the in-herent fundamental requirements for professional talents to help rural revitalization by"sincerely serving farmers,helping farmers with technol-ogy,and driving the agricultural development with innovation",and innovated the talent training model of"ideological and political cultiva-tion,excellent courses based on posts,and double competitions linkage,curriculum and certification integration".
