摘要
以"玫瑰"欧洲荚蒾、短序荚蒾、日本珊瑚树、台东荚蒾、粉团这5 种荚蒾幼苗为试验材料,进行全光照、遮阴53.66%、遮阴80.15%的处理,测定不同遮阴处理下株高、冠幅、叶面积、叶片相对含水量、比叶面积、可溶性糖含量及SOD活性等形态和生理指标.结果表明:5种荚蒾均会通过外观形态改变及生理响应的方法来适应弱光环境.通过相关性分析、主成分分析对5种荚蒾的耐阴性进行综合评价,结果显示,5种荚蒾耐阴性表现为粉团>日本珊瑚树>短序荚蒾>台东荚蒾>"玫瑰"欧洲荚蒾.
Abstract
In this paper,the seedlings of Viburnum opulus'Roseum',Viburnum brachybotryum,Viburnum awabuki,Viburnum taitoense,and Viburnum plicatum were used as materials,the morphological and physiological indexes such as plant height,crown width,leaf area,leaf rela-tive water content,specific leaf area,soluble sugar content and SOD activity were measured under different shading treatments of full light,shading 53.66% and shading 80.15% .The results showed that the five Viburnum species could adapt to the low light environment through mor-phological changes and physiological responses.The negative tolerance of five Viburnum species was comprehensively evaluated through correla-tion analysis and principal component analysis,and they ranked as follows:Viburnum plicatum>Viburnum awabuki>Viburnum brachybotryum>Viburnum taitoense>Viburnum opulus'Roseum'.
