Effect of the Ratio of Treating Nutrient Soil with Municipal Sludge and Bio-bacteria Fertilizer on Seedling Growth
Different proportions of ordinary soil, municipal sludge treatment of nutrient soil and biological fertilizer were used to treat three kinds of plants,B.platyphylla,Lagerstroemia indica and Nandina domestica, the effects of different proportions on the growth of seedlings and roots were studied. The results showed that different treatments could promote the growth of 3 kinds of seedlings, and the performance of 3 kinds of plants was different,B.platyphylla with nutrient soil:bio-bacteria fertilizer:ordinary soil 1∶2∶5(treatment 2)is more advantageous to coarse growth, can promote seedlings more robust.L.indica did best with a 1∶1∶3 ratio of nutrient soil to bio-bacteria fertilizer to ordinary soil(treatment 1),N.domestica showed the best performance in treatment 2.Adding appropriate proportion of nutrient soil and bio-bacteria fertilizer to ordinary soil can increase soil porosity, significantly increase soil fertility, maintain soil moisture, regulate soil pH and soil microenviron-ment,it can promote the long-term growth and development of seedlings.
