Study on the Correlation Between Acetamiprid of Different Dosage Forms and Quality of Lycium barbarum
The effects of acetamiprid of different dosage forms on the quality of Lycium barbarum were investigated by the"Ningqi7".The re-sults showed that the residues of acetamiprid on Lycium barbarum did not exceed the national limit standard.With the increase of sampling time,the contents of flavonoids,betaine,carotene,and polysaccharide gradually increased,while the contents of total sugar,trace elements(Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mm,Zn)had little change.And the difference of each component is significant over time.The spray formulation has a significant im-pact on the content of each component.The results showed that acetamiprid had good effect on the control of diseases and insect pests of Lycium barbarum.It can provide the best picking time after the safe interval for Lycium barbarum,so as to provide reference for rational drug use and dietary risk assessment of Lycium barbarum.
