不同湿度仓储环境对框栏初烟存储质量的影响

[目的]探讨框栏烟叶存储模式下最佳存储湿度.[方法]以自然非控仓储环境为对照(CK),在相同时间、相同环境温度条件下,设计不同仓储环境湿度开展试验,研究不同仓储环境湿度对框栏烟叶水分、烟叶温度、烟叶霉变及造碎、虫情、烟碱含量的影响.[结果]烟叶水分适宜环境排序为RH2 组>CK>RH1 组>RH3 组.烟叶温度适宜环境排序为RH2 组(平均烟叶温度 24.7℃,最高烟叶温度27.3℃)>RH1组(平均烟叶温度24.8℃,最高烟叶温度27.3℃)>CK(平均烟叶温度25.8℃,最高烟叶温度28.0℃)>RH3组(平均烟叶温度25.2℃,最高烟叶温度28.0℃).各组烟叶损耗率大小顺序为RH3 组(3.03%)>RH1 组(0.48%)>CK(0.35%)>RH2 组(0.26%).各组烟叶烟碱含量均呈波动变化趋势,虫情均可控.[结论]湿度60%~70%的仓储环境烟叶水分、烟叶温度最为适宜,损耗率、虫情均可控,较适宜框栏包装模式下的烟叶存储.
Effects of Different Moisture in Warehouse on the Storage Quality of Frame-packing Tobacco
[Objective]To study the optimum storage humidity of frame-packing tobacco during storage.[Method]Taking the natural non-con-trolled storage environment as the control(CK),at the same time and same ambient temperature,the experiments were carried out at different storage environment humidity levels to explore the effects of different ambient humidity in warehouse on tobacco moisture,tobacco tempera-ture,tobacco mildew and crushing,tobacco pest condition and nicotine content in frame-packing storage.[Result]The suitable environment order of tobacco moisture content was RH2 group>CK>RH1 group>RH3 group.The suitable environment order of tobacco temperature was RH2 group(average temperature 24.7℃,maximum temperature 27.3℃)>RH1 group(average temperature 24.8℃,maximum temperature 27.3℃)>CK(average temperature 25.8℃,maximum temperature 28.0℃)>RH3 group(average temperature 25.2℃,maximum tempera-ture 28.0℃).The loss rate order of tobacco in each group was RH3 group(3.03% )>RH1 group(0.48% )>CK(0.35% )>RH2 group(0.26% ).The nicotine content in tobacco of the four groups showed a fluctuating trend,and the insect condition was controllable.[Conclusion]It was the most suitable for tobacco moisture and tobacco temperature to control the humidity at 60%-70%,the loss and pest condition were controllable,it was suitable for tobacco storage in frame packaging.
