Modern agricultural industrial parks play an important role in accelerating the modernisation of agriculture,cultivating the kinetic energy of rural development,and safeguarding the employment and income of farmers.Nantong City has concentrated its efforts on the con-struction of modern agricultural demonstration parks,and newly recognised and set up a number of demonstration parks for the high-quality de-velopment of modern agricultural industry.The development process has achieved remarkable results,providing strong support for the construc-tion of a strong agricultural city,but there are still problems such as the institutional mechanism is not sound,the input is insufficient,the characteristic advantages are not distinctive enough,and the demonstration leading role is not obvious.This study analyses the current situation of the development of Nantong municipal modern agricultural industry high-quality development demonstration parks,and puts forward three paths of countermeasures to optimize the planning and design,standardize the park's construction and management,and improve the develop-ment of synergies,with a view to providing a reference basis for the development and construction of Nantong's modern agricultural parks.
