Correlation Analysis of Resistance to Soybean Cyst Nematode No.3 and Main Agronomic Traits in Recurrent Selection Populations
In order to screen soybean cyst nematode-resistant materials, breed excellent disease-resistant varieties suitable for the Chifeng eco-logical area,58 materials of the offspring of the soybean recurrent selection population created by the Ms6 nuclear sterile line were used to iden-tify soybean cyst nematode resistance using the field disease nursery identification method from 2020 to 2021.The identification results of 49 materials were stable, and comprehensively evaluated the 10 agronomic traits of these lines by variability, correlation, principal component and cluster analysis. The results showed that the variation of various agronomic traits was abundant, among which the coefficient of variation of branch number was the largest with 87.23%,and the coefficient of variation of growth period was the smallest with 8.42%.Correlation analy-sis results showed that disease resistance was significantly negatively correlated with plant height, branch number, number of pods per plant, and number of seeds per plant.Cluster analysis showed that the tested 58 lines could be divided into three groups at the genetic distance of 61.Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of 5 main factors reached 82.875 6%.Among 58 soybean lines, the top 4 were A115,A113,A83,and A111 respectively. They have strong resistance to soybean cyst nematode No.3,with a moderate growth period and outstanding agronomic traits.
