21个朱顶红品种耐寒性和耐热性综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Cold and Heat Tolerance of 21 Hippeastrum rutilum Varieties

[目的]了解不同朱顶红品种的耐寒性和耐热性,为国内朱顶红选育引种和生产中相关应用提供理论支持.[方法]选取格瓦斯等21个不同品种朱顶红,置于光培箱内进行高低温胁迫处理,于处理第8天分别测量21个品种的对照组和处理组相关指标,包括SOD、MDA、POD、ROS、地上部分鲜重、地上部分干重、叶绿素含量等指标.[结果]低温胁迫下各指标可划分为 4 个主成分,累计贡献率为72.560%,高温胁迫下4 个主成分的累计贡献率为 68.804%,21 个朱顶红品种中耐寒性D值最大为异域星(0.586 3),最小为仙女(0.113 9);耐热性排名最高为法拉利,D值为0.654 6,最低为翡翠(0.249 8).[结论]21 个朱顶红种质资源中,异域星耐寒性最强,法拉利耐热性最强,仙女耐寒性最弱,翡翠耐热性最弱,异域星耐寒性和耐热性综合抗性较强.
[Objective]To understand the cold and heat resistance of different varieties of Hippeastrum rutilum,and provide theoretical support for the breeding,introduction,and production of Hippeastrum rutilum in China.[Method]Twenty one different varieties of Hippeastrum rutilum,including Gewasi,were selected and subjected to high and low temperature stress treatment in a light culture box.On the 8th day of treatment,relevant indicators of the control group and treatment group of the 21 varieties were measured,including SOD,MDA,POD,ROS,aboveground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight,chlorophyll content,and other indicators.[Result]Under low temperature stress,each index could be di-vided into four principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 72.560%.Under high temperature stress,the cumulative contribu-tion rate of the four principal components was 68.804%.Among the 21 varieties of Zhudinghong,the highest cold tolerance D value was from Exotic Star(0.586 3),and the lowest was from Fairy(0.113 9);Ferrari had the highest heat resistance ranking with a D value of 0.654 6,while Jade had the lowest(0.249 8).[Conclusion]Among the 21 germplasm resources of Hippeastrum rutilum,Exotic Star had the strongest cold re-sistance,Ferrari had the strongest heat resistance,Fairy had the weakest cold resistance,Jade had the weakest heat resistance,and Exotic Star had strong comprehensive cold and heat resistance.
