芜湖城市老年人休闲活动和休闲体验研究
A Study on the Leisure Activities and Experience of the Aged in Wuhu City

摘要
以人文地理学、休闲学等相关学科理论为基础,运用文献分析法、实地调查法、数据分析法揭示芜湖城市老年人休闲活动和休闲体验的基本特征以及影响休闲活动的因素,结果显示:(1)大多数老年人休闲活动很有规律;(2)看电视是老年人最主要的休闲活动;家人是老年人选择的最主要的休闲伙伴;每月休闲花费支出主要在50-100元;个人身心因素、群体支持因素对老年人休闲活动影响程度大;(3)休闲空间和设施不能满足老年人的需求;(4)休闲体验方面,收获较大的主要表现在寻找友情;放松身心和寻找放松、发展智力.这些研究结果对提高城市老年人休闲生活质量和城市休闲空间的组织与布局提供科学依据.
Abstract
Aging and the resulting social problems have aroused widespread concern. The article analyzes the characteristics of activities and experience, factors on leisure activities of the urban elderly in Wuhu city with literature analysis method, field survey research and quantitative analysis method, on the basis of related theories of the human geography and the leisure. The results include: (1) most elderly are living a regular lifestyle; (2) watching TV is the most important leisure activity; family members are the most important choices of leisure partners; monthly expenditure of leisure is mainly 50 - 100 yuan; personal physical and psychological factors, community support factors impact leisure activities of the elderly in a large scale; (3) leisure facilities in communities and society are far from meeting their need nowadays; (4) in leisure experience, the harvested is mainly in the search for greater friendship, relaxation, finding relaxation and development of intelligence. The results provide scientific basis for improving the quality of leisure life of urban elderly and the spatial organization and layout in city.
