安徽省青少年手球发展现状及对策研究

摘要
手球是安徽省的优势项目、传统项目,手球运动的开展已经持续了半个多世纪.本研究根据安徽省青少年手球发展的研究需要,抽取在合肥、淮南等12个市业余体校、中、小学手球队为研究对象.研究发现,近年来,安徽省手球运动发展态势良好,手球人口逐年递增,但手球场馆器材的数量还无法满足日益增长的手球人口的需求,高水平的手球教练员(教师)数量严重匮乏;全省中、小学手球开展不均衡.在此提出一些具有一定可行性的建议,为分析安徽省青少年手球现状提供了理论依据,以加快安徽省手球运动持续、健康、有序的发展.
Abstract
Handball is the advantage project and traditional project of Anhui Province.Handball movement has lasted for more than half a century.Based on the research development needs of youth handball of Anhui Province,the study takes 12 handball teams in amateur sports schools,middle and primary schools in Hefei,Huainan and etc as the research object.The study found that,in recent years,the development of handball situation in Anhui Province is good and handball population increased year by year,but the number of handball equipments in venues is unable to meet the growing demand for the handball population and the high levels of handball coaches (teachers) are in severe shortage.The handball development of middle and primary schools in the province is unbalanced.And the paper put forward some feasible suggestions and provided the theoretical basis for the analysis of the present situation of youth handball development to speed up the sustainable,healthy and orderly development of handball in Anhui province.
