The Influence of Social Communication on the Acquisition of Business Resources by Tourism Small Business Owners
Social communication is an important way for individuals or organizations to obtain the resources they need.In the process of business operation,daily life and leisure,tourism small business owners carry out social communication with different groups,from which they can obtain the necessary resources for business.Taking Hongcun village in southern Anhui as a case study,this paper analyzes the influence of social communication of small business owners on resource acquisition.The results show that the types of social communication of small business owners can be divided into emotional communication,mixed communication and instrumental communi-cation.Small tourism business owners can obtain knowledge resources,operation resources,policy resources and psychological resources through social communication,which will affect the growth of small tourism businesses.The conclusions enrich the research content of social communication and provide reference for the sustainable de-velopment of small tourism enterprises.
