The filed course is the key step for the instructional design of plant geography,which is the main ac-cess to gain the ability of linking theories with realities and team awareness.According to our multi-year teaching experiences,this study conducted a systematical synthesis of the field course of plant geography in Lushan Moun-tain.The teaching contents,organization forms,and outcomes for floristic plant geography,vegetation geogra-phy and vegetation succession were respectively summarized.The diverse routes and related teaching contents were also visualized in a map.To meet the new requirements for the filed course of plant geography,solutions were proposed to optimize the current instructional designs.
