Chinese Complex Humanity Hypothesis:A Dynamic Quantitative Human Nature Management Model
Chinese complex humanity hypothesis is a fusion of humanity hypotheses.In terms of the methodolo-gy,the comprehensive methods are the strength of Chinese thinking,grasping the integrity of human nature;the analytical methods are the advantage of western thinking,decomposing the quantitative nature of human nature.In terms of the origin of ideology,dynamic thinking stems from The Book of Changes,but the quantitative mod-el stems from western science.Taking the physical model of Qiqi as a prototype,combining the metaphor with the management and physical methods,based on complex humanity in western management theory,and the phi-losophy and methodology of The Book of Changes,we put forward Chinese complex humanity hypothesis based on Chinese philosophy and reveal the endogenous mechanism of innovation and efficiency transformation.The conclusion is that Chinese complex humanity hypothesis includes ideal humanity hypothesis within the organiza-tion and real humanity hypothesis outside the organization,suggesting the dynamic mechanism of the microscopic humanity evolved by organization.Chinese complex humanity hypothesis is the modification of complex humani-ty hypothesis,whose theoretical meaning is that it is educible,and whose practical meaning is that it makes real-izing the value of people at all levels in the organization more operational.
