冬虫夏草调节大鼠运动能力的机制研究

冬虫夏草作为一种传统的名贵中药材,具有抑制肿瘤生长、延缓衰老、提升运动能力、消除运动性疲劳、提高机体免疫力、提高人体机能等功效,药用价值极高.已有的研究发现,冬虫夏草具有抗氧化、抗自由基生成和降低机体氧化应激水平的功效,但作用机制不清楚.本实验发现,冬虫夏草降低氧化应激水平,提高运动能力主要是通过调节实验大鼠血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶和肌酸激酶活性,以及与血液血红蛋白和血糖含量有关.本研究进一步阐释了冬虫夏草提高运动能力,提高氧化应激能力的机制.
As a traditional precious Chinese medicinal material,Cordyceps sinensis has a high medicinal value,such as inhibiting tumor growth,delaying aging,improving exercise ability,eliminating exercise fatigue,im-proving body immunity and improving human function.Previous studies have found that Cordyceps sinensis has the effects of anti-oxidation,anti-free radical generation and reducing the level of oxidative stress in the body,but the mechanism is unclear.In this study,it was found that Cordyceps sinensis decreased the level of oxidative stress and improved exercise ability mainly by regulating the activities of serum glutamic oxalic aminotransferase,glutamic pyruvic aminotransferase and creatine kinase,as well as the contents of hemoglobin and blood sugar in experimental rats.This study further elucidates the mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis improving exercise ability and oxidative stress ability.
