摘要
社区体育服务的数字治理不仅能够提高供需之间的契合度,进一步丰富社区体育服务载体,而且能够使政府、体育管理部门和社区能够更加准确地了解社区体育发展的动态变化,具有非常重要的价值和意义.通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对我国社区体育服务数字化治理进行研究认为,我国社区体育服务数字化治理的动力因素主要包括国家政策引领、人口结构变化、技术创新驱动、服务升级需求、主体合作需要.要实现我国社区体育服务数字化治理改革稳定、快速、可持续发展,一要强化数据收集整理,推进多元主体合作;二要构建数字服务场景,打造数字治理生态;三要强化需求侧精准管理,回应公民实际需求;四要不断优化改革环境,完善治理机制.
Abstract
Digital governance of community sports services can not only improve the fit between supply and de-mand,further enrich the carriers of community sports services,but also enable the government,the sports man-agement department and the community to more accurately understand the dynamic changes of community sports development,which has very important value and significance.Through literature,logical analysis and other methods,the paper studies the digital governance of community sports services in China.It is found that the driv-ing factors of digital governance of community sports services in our country mainly include national policy guid-ance,population structure change,technology innovation drive,service upgrade demand and subject coopera-tion demand.In order to achieve the stable,rapid and sustainable development of our country's digital governance reform of community sports services,firstly we must strengthen data collection and arrangement,and promote multi-subject cooperation.Secondly,we need to construct digital service scenarios and build a digital governance ecosystem.Thirdly,we should strengthen precise demand-side management and respond to the actual needs of citizens.Fourthly,we should constantly optimize the reform environment and improve the governance mecha-nism.
