Research on the Dilemma and Way out of the Development of Integration of Sports and Medical Care——Taking Shanghai as an Example
Based on literature,theoretical analysis,logical analysis,field survey and expert interview,this paper investigates the current situation of the development of integration of sports and medical care in Shanghai,analyz-es the main problems in its development,and puts forward the way for further improvement:Strengthening the top-level design of policies;Perfecting the talent training mechanism and building a lifelong learning ecology;Strengthening resource supply and support,and sharing sports and medical resources;Constructing the mode of joint management of sports and medical care,and exploring the way out according to local conditions.
